A word from Neil Smith, Consulting Partner
I’ve been recruiting in the Ingredients Industries for over 20 years now, and it still fascinates me.
I’m naturally curious and have always been keen to understand what’s behind the world we consume, so, after graduating in cultural studies and starting my recruiting career in food and beverage, I can’t help thinking specialising in Ingredients was inevitable. I have a keen interest in sustainable living and for me the very best of the ingredients industries – applying science to nature and harnessing its qualities for creative application – embodies this sentiment on a commercial scale.
I passionately believe that there are standard bearers to be found in the industry, pioneers working for the benefit of people, and that the innovation we see is not only compatible with nature but essential to it. I set up Inproe to help in this fundamental progression, providing innovations driven, progressive companies and individuals with personalised recruitment practices that would help to attract creative, passionate and original minds.
